Our helpdesk is staffed with a large number of former school employees, resulting in school people helping school people.
Each school user has unlimited toll-free telephone and online Internet access with the helpdesk.
The support staff upholds its exemplary record of quickly and accurately assisting our customers.
Product maintenance is driven by customer requested enhancements.
Customer user committees select and rank product enhancement lists.
Update releases are distributed annually at no additional charge.
